This section will help you get a rough idea of the cost of applying Lo/Mit to the underside of your roof decking. You can also use it to estimate the cost of supplementing your existing fiberglass insulation with either R-13 or R-19 (depending on existing conditions) to achieve the recommended R-38. Following these simple steps will give you a “guesstimate” only. There are a number of factors that may cause your final, on-site quote to differ slightly, but this basic estimating exercise will get you close. First choose your basic roof style.
